Got a text from Ali Friday night, asking me if I checked the forecast for Saturday. I thought he was gonna give us some bad news that however impossible it was, it was suddenly flat at LU. But no (ang praning ko haha)...it's 6ft he said. Well that didn't really bother us since that was better than no waves at all and better than Zamba's monster waves that weekend.

As we arrive at the Point, the waves were definitely big and couldn't be handled by our long boards. Waves were definitely bigger at Bacnotan so as advised by Master Chris...there's no choice but to SURF CARRILLE :( yucky!!! Imagine surfing waters where the drainage system of the surrounding houses ran. Imagine walking on a mix of wet grass, rocks, broken glass and garbage to get to a nice spot to go in the water. Imagine paddling out with a couple of plastic bags & plastic bottle caps floating in the water. And imagine getting wiped out and swallowing yucky water that stank!!! Waaaah kadireeeeeeeee :( But you have to give it to Carrille...the waves were PERFECT! Super looooong rides to the right, to the right! ;) So kahit kadire, was still STOKED! Got 3 of my longest rides ever ;)

Since sunod sunod ang surf trips, Pao, Age, Relly & I made this a super tipid trip!
Fed on wheat bread, canned tuna, spanish sardines, corned beef, chicken vienna sausage & spam lite.
Brought my precious toaster, Relly his super cool Senseo coffee maker with matching coffee pads ;)

Stonemoney fest next week at Zambales ;)
