Crazy planning!!! At the start of the week, wave forecasts at LU started off mighty fine for the long weekend and so we booked ourselves at Surfmaid & divided the Torta Surfing Crew into 2 batches: Batch 1 (me, Pao, Jeff & Paul) leaving for LU Saturday morning, Batch 2 (Age, Relly, Pawie, Mons, Mark, Barney) following Sunday morning.
And as Relly says, "Hindi natin masasabi, baka magbago ihip ng hangin..." And so it did...
Friday lunchtime, cancelled our booking at Surfmaid and booked ourselves at Wild Rose in Zambales instead.
Come Saturday morning, got a text from Strict Daddy Spence that there were no waves in Zamba and LU seemed more promising. Soooo...cancelled our booking at Wild Rose and re-booked ourselves at Surfmaid.
La Union it was for some super steady surfing time at Bacnotan and my favorite...ze Point!
